"I have ChargePoint charge for my home"
I have ChargePoint charge for my home which has failed me for the second time. The first time the cord was faulty and they were very quick to replace the cord with a new one. This time the charger has died. I got on the phone with the support tech, and we verified that the charger was no longer working. He told me that he couldn’t do anything to help me, but would forward my information to someone who could and that they would respond within 5 business days. They reached out to me telling me that the charger was still under warranty and requested that I send pics and proof of purchase and stated that a replacement charger would be sent to me as soon as that information was received. I immediately sent the requested documentation. Since then there has been silence. No one has gotten back to me. I have reached out via phone, email and web form and still no response. I’m going on three weeks without a charger and am baffled on what steps to take next. Every attempt I take is met with silence. Customer service is incredibly important to me and because theirs is lacking and I’ve had two issue with this charger, I can NOT recommend purchasing a charger from ChargePoint. Find a different brand, there are plenty good reliable ones out there.

"Very disappointed with this company"
Very disappointed with this company. They took a significant blocking sum of money off my debit card and it has taken over 10 days to remove this - shocking inefficiency in this day and age. They also charge a minimum fee which is not made clear. There Client service team is hopeless - they pass the buck to you to remove the charge. I won't use this service again - ever....
